The whales are here! For the past weekend and all this week, whales have been feeding along the coast off St. Michael's. Easily seen from the studio, these majestic creatures delight and inspire us. They should be nearby for another few weeks before heading off to find more food.
It's that time of year again—puffins and all the other pelagic seabirds are back in St. Michael's. You can see these amazing birds from the studio until late August.
The latest session at the studio was a resounding success. Lots of great energy, enthusiasm, and positivity. The day might have been overcast with a bit of rain but everyone drew on the positive energy of the natural world and each other to achieve a mindful and empowering day for all.
Kate Connors joined #GaleForceWins from Ocean Garden Yoga and Wellness Studio Yoga in St. Michaels. She talked about the plans for the studio and showed its inspiring connection to the natural environment.
First Class in the New Studio!
Ocean Garden Yoga welcomed its first visitors on November 11, 2023. It was a cold but ideal day to inaugurate this special space.
It was the perfect occasion for yoga and for good friends to bring their positive energy to the studio.
