




Located at the edge of the ocean in St. Michael's, NL, Canada, Ocean Garden Yoga & Wellness Studio offers a serene and peaceful retreat for both beginners and experienced practitioners. Immerse yourself in a curated, holistic experience featuring mindfulness, yoga, wellness, and healthy food at my retreats. The sound of waves crashing on a pebble beach and sightings of seabirds, icebergs, and whales in season provides a unique and unforgettable experience.

Ocean Garden Yoga & Wellness Studio offers a full- or half-day retreat that nourishes your mind, body, and soul. Our schedule harmonizes with the weather and the seasons, ensuring an ever-changing, holistic experience. Each day is unique, with activities carefully chosen to provide you with an enriching experience that will deepen your mind and body connection. The inspiring environment of St. Michael’s on the Southern Shore will engage your senses and improve your connection to the natural world in a peaceful but energizing way.
Activities include yoga classes, mindfulness training, healthy meals, forest bathing, beachcombing, reiki, sound healing, hiking, heart-pumping activities, art therapy, sound therapy, t'ai chi, yoga nidra and guided meditation, chakra cleansing, journaling, mindful sitting, and socializing. Everything can be adjusted to your fitness level.
